Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item, please read our terms carefully:

  • Condition: Items must be returned in unworn, brand-new condition in their original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. We do not cover or reimburse shipping fees.

  • Standard Restocking Fee: Because all of our products are intricately handmade, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all standard returns.

To ensure your return or exchange is fully processed, please pay close attention to our strict deduction policy:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to request return or exchange approval.

  2. Ship the Item: Once approved, mail the item back using your preferred shipping carrier. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

  3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (minus the applicable fees) to your original method of payment.
